Gator Families,

If you have not paid your fees, please do so immediately.  Payment deadline is Sunday June 7th @ 8:00pm.  Anyone who has not paid either online during registration, or deposited a check in the swim team mailbox by then will be removed from the roster and their spot will be given to someone on our waitlist.

• Registered Families: 
  • If you previously registered and have already paid you are all set. 
  • If you have not yet paid, please submit your check to the swim team mailbox on the upper deck.
  • If you registered for swim team previously but decided not to join us, we will begin processing refunds mid June.
    
• Wait List Families, who appear on the roster: 
  • If your swimmer(s) name appears on the roster, you have been added to the team for this summer!  Promptly by 8 pm on June 7th, you must complete registration and payment method here: https://www.greenbrookgators.org/private/pb4c6yr
  • If you pay by check, please submit your check to the swim team mailbox on the upper deck by deadline.
  • If you do not complete registration and submit payment by 8:00pm on Sunday, June 7th, you will forfeit your spot and we will fill it with another member of the waitlist.
    
• Wait List Families, who are NOT on the roster:
  • If a suitable spots become available we will fill those spots with swimmers from the wait list that are compatible with the age group of the vacancy.
  • We will alert any families whose swimmer is on the wait list and they will have a limited time to make a decision.
  • In families with multiple children, there is no guarantee all of them will be accepted at the same time or at all.
  • If the safety and social distancing requirements allow us to add more swimmers we will do so throughout the season.
  • Keep in mind we have a fall swim clinic spanning September and October.
