Gator Alert: Parent Information Night and Swim Suit Requirements

Gator Families,

Our program is off to a great start this year!  We are excited to be inching closer to our first meet on June 5th, and know you have many questions about how meets will work  under the modified season due to COVID restrictions.

We will be holding a Virtual Parent Information Session on May 18th at 7:00 pm!  Please mark your calendars and join us whether this is your first or 10th season on our team, as so much is different this year!

During this session we will review how meets will function and what to expect from arrival to live streaming the races, to drop off and everything in between!  You'll also hear from Coach Kyle on expectations for the season, and will have the opportunity to ensure all your questions are answered.

Please join via Zoom:
May 18th, 7:00 pm

Dial-in if preferred (can connect audio via computer):  (408) 638-0968
Meeting ID: 930 5344 8494

Lastly, in preparation for the upcoming meets, please ensure your swimmers have appropriate suits, caps, and goggles ready!  The following are Team Equipment Requirements:

  • All Black Racing Suit (no board shorts or suits with frills):
    • Boys: The majority wear knee-length jammers; Speedos are also acceptable.
    • Girls:  Any solid black competition style one-piece suit.
    • Note: While you can wear any suit as long as it is all black, Gators team suits can be ordered online by following the Team Store link on our website. Team suits may be delivered to your house or you can pick them up at Competitive Aquatic Supply (CAS) in Huntington Beach.
  • Team Cap ($15) will be sold at all our home meets, including Green and Gold
  • Goggles can be purchased at any sports store or online.  Be sure to have an extra pair in case you have a goggle malfunction at a meet.

We look forward to seeing you on May 18th!
