We are excited to share our summer swimming details with you all! Thank you for your patience while we have coordinated many aspects of running such a unique program. We have created a page that will continue to be updated, and provides the details outlined and explained below. NOTE: It is critical that your payment is received promptly by 8:00pm Sunday June 7th, otherwise your spot will be forfeited to another swimmer on the waiting list. Checks can be dropped off at our team mailbox on the upper pool deck at the clubhouse or payment can be made online during the registration process.

ROSTER

• Our coaches have worked hard to complete the roster based on those who initially registered and completed the waiver, as well as those who have joined the wait list.
• Due to our reduced capacity, we were not able to allow all swimmers to join us initially.
  • This is a challenging and unfortunate situation - if your swimmer(s) name is not on the roster, please know we will continue monitoring and add additional capacity the moment we have spots available.
  • We will learn more once practices begin, and will continue to make improvements as we are able.

SCHEDULE

• Due to safety and distancing, swimmers must be on time or may not be allowed to join practice
• Swimmers must arrive wearing their suit, but prepared to start with dryland. This will enable quick transitions between grass area and pool.
• Due to the unique circumstances this year, we will be unavailable to accommodate session change requests.

SWIMMER DROP OFF LOCATION

Attached, please see a map indicating drop off, waiting, and pick up areas. For the benefit of all families and swimmers, please follow the guidelines agreed to electronically, as well as the spacing locations shown in the attached. No parents are allowed on the deck at any time; swimmers only as guided by coaches.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

• Registered Families: If you previously registered and have already paid you are all set. If you have not yet paid, please submit your check to the team mailbox on the upper deck before or on Monday, June 8th.
• Wait List Families: If your swimmer(s) name appears on the roster, you have been added to the team for this summer! By 8 pm on June 7th, you must complete registration and payment here: https://www.greenbrookgators.org/private/pb4c6yr
  • If you do not complete registration and submit payment by 8:00pm on Sunday, June 7th, you will forfeit your spot and we will fill it with another member of the waitlist
