Gator Alert: Meet Information for Saturday at Newport Hills

Gator Families,

We are gearing up for our first in-person meet this Saturday, July 10th at Newport Hills! Below is what you need to know for this meet!

We currently do not have enough volunteers to run this meet. We have re-opened volunteer sign ups through the rest of today - please sign up for one or more shifts!!

Location: 1899 Port Carlow Place in Newport Beach
- Note: There are two pools in the same neighborhood, be sure you look up this address and head to the correct pool before setting up!
Meet Schedule: (Please note that olders are in the am session while youngers are in the pm session for this meet!)
- 9 and up boys and girls: Warm up 8:15 - 8:45, meet 9:00 - 11:00 am
- 8 and under boys and girls: Warm up 12:15 - 12:45, meet 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Swimmer Location: Swimmers will again check in with the coaching staff upon arrival, and will remain with the coaching staff for the entire session.
Relays: There will be NO relays at this meet. Relays will take place the last two meets of the season.
Deck Access: Parents can be on deck for standing only to watch their swimmers
Pop-Ups: Allowed in the grass area only; NO pop-ups or sitting areas are allowed on deck
13 Up Free: 13-14 and 15-18 age groups will swim the 100 free instead of the 50 free for this meet
Mobile App: Event/Heat/Lane assignments will be available in the app no later than Friday afternoon. Please use the app during the meet to follow what events are swimming in real time, and remember the order of events will skip due to the split sessions for this meet.
